The range features a glass ceramic surface housed in stainless steel and standing only three inches high. Heat comes in two sizes--a 5-1/2-inch diameter or an extra-large 8-1/4-inch diameter. An infinite control dial lets you fine tune the setting, while power and residual heat warning lights keep you posted at a glance. Quick to heat up, the range also cools down relatively speedily.
